Exceptional from the start: Our best Veltliner grapes, carefully selected by hand, grown on bedrock, fermented and then matured in granite barrels for 12 months. This ZEIT IM STEIN brings out minerality, complexity, structure, spice and balance perfectly.

Our
Tasting note
An extremely complex wine with enormous minerality, stone fruits, yellow fruits. Despite all the depth, the wine shows irrepressible life, very inviting and rich, extremely storable! Quite simply, great cinema!
Food recommendation
Wine & food
The SteinZeit lives by itself - the only thing that it really needs is a cozy place and the time that you allow yourself and your loved ones! Have fun with this extraordinary culinary cinema!
But of course our SteinZeit goes perfectly with grilled fish or Asian dishes as a matured mineral Grüner Veltliner. From the starter to the cheese, where you drink great wines, the SteinZeit is a flattering companion.
