The elegant vintage sparkling wine from Grüner Veltliner!
The first vintage back then for the wedding of Simone & Hannes, harvested with our families Jordan & Hiller. A classic, fruity, spicy Grüner Veltliner and traditional bottle fermentation form the basis for this noble Austrian sparkling wine with a fine mousseux.

Our
Tasting note
Traditional bottle fermentation, 18 months on the yeast - that can be tasted. Fine mousseux, apple, pear, melon, elegant yeast notes, elegant extract sweetness. Harmony that animates wonderfully.

Food recommendation
Wine & food
There is almost no occasion where we don't like to toast to one of our wonderful sparkling wines. Whether for an aperitif or after an extensive wine tasting... but, it doesn't have to be Mother's Day or a birthday to enjoy a JORDAN sparkling wine! Our reserve brut from Grüner Veltliner offers an exceptional taste experience with fried scallops on oriental vegetable noodles, crispy Wachauer Laberl with smoked raw ham on herb cream cheese or lukewarm asparagus with tomato basil vinaigrette. A real treat!
