Ripe fruit arch, sour cherries and cherries, behind them dark roasted aromas, liquorice, full and ripe; fleshy aromas behind the powerful fruit, wonderfully integrated tannin, chocolate notes, surrounded by delicate toasting, smooth finish, great length!

Our Zweigelt Rubin goes perfectly with a juicy porterhouse steak from the grill, but also with roasted medallions of deer with a rosemary crust and Powidl-Pofesen and of course it is the perfect end to a nice meal together with spicy mountain cheese.
