Pressed from the oldest Veltliner vines at the winery, these were planted 50 years ago by Simone's parents in "wild" marriage. This wine needs time to mature and it gets it in 600 liter oak barrels. A special kind of Veltliner, with a lot of finesse, at the same time juicy, with a creamy melt.

Once again shows what this grape variety can do - a great white wine of international style that is great pleasure! Juicy apple fruit, white pepper, elegant with enormous substance! Inviting bouquet, floral nuances. Concentrated powerful and at the same time juicy with a lot of creamy melting! A wine with storage potential!
The old vines are a real dream with matured mountain cheese, luscious soft cheese with a little nuts, tender saddle of lamb with a herb crust and an exciting combination with fried chicken breast and mango-mint chutney.
