Ripe pear, fine yellow tropical fruits, some mango, delicate like passion fruit; elegant extract sweetness with hearty flavor; charming and elegant right down to the finish with wonderful minerality!

A real treat for the Austrian boiled beef (or shoulder sausage - for gourmets 😉) with a fine chive sauce, spicy apple horseradish and Anni's potato stew. But Asian cuisine is not neglected with this mineral Grüner Veltliner, it goes perfectly with a spicy Pho Bo soup or classic dim sum.
