Tasting note
Light amber color, delicate tobacco flavor, nuances of apricots, fine mineral notes. Tannins present on the palate, good tension, noticeable umami spice, good length, varied food accompaniment.

Wine & food
The flavor and complexity of the wine call for intense aromas in the dishes. The ideal accompaniment to a mild curry, a fine saltimbocca with herb risotto or just like that with a thinly sliced, air-dried Weinviertel raw ham from the village butcher's Arthold.
