The elegant sparkling wine from Grüner Veltliner!
Anatole
The first vintage at the time of the wedding of Simone & Hannes, harvested with our families Jordan & Hiller. A classically fruity, spicy Grüner Veltliner and traditional bottle fermentation form the basis for this noble Austrian sparkling wine with fine mousseux.

Our
Traditional bottle fermentation, 18 months on the yeast - that can be tasted. Fine mousseux, apple, pear, melon, elegant yeast notes, elegant extract sweetness. Harmony that animates wonderfully.

Food recommendation
There is almost no occasion where we do not like to toast with one of our wonderful sparkling wines. Whether for an aperitif or after an extensive wine tasting…. But, it doesn't have to be Mother's Day or a birthday to enjoy a sparkling wine! Our Reserve Brut vom Grüner Veltliner offers an extraordinary taste experience with fried scallops on oriental vegetable noodles, crispy Wachau Laberl with smoked raw ham on herbal cream cheese or with lukewarm asparagus with tomato basil vinaigrette. A real pleasure!
