For Simone & Hannes Hiller-Jordan, being a winemaker means capturing the fascination of nature, being sensitive to how the year develops and bringing the best qualities that nature allows into the cellar. It is a conviction that the innovative winemaker couple pursues - never to stand still on the same knowledge, but to develop further, to stand with both feet on the ground and to look into the future! We see it as the greatest challenge to give the wines their unmistakable note. This requires love, passion and a great deal of sensitivity for wine as a cultural asset. And the result proves us right: expressive, unmistakable wines with a personal character and full of power are the result! You can also feel that there is a well-rehearsed team behind it! As the youngest of three daughters, Simone is happy to continue the life's work of her parents. Hannes probably came through his love for wine and together they are a passionate winemaker couple. The 5th generation is already in the starting blocks. Sophie and Maximilian are already enthusiastically tasting the new children's sparkling wine SchnaubiTraubi and of course they are there everywhere.

I love my craft - working with nature to vinify wines that bear our signature. I already knew when I was a child that I wanted to become a winemaker. Growing up in our family winery, the Klosterneuburg viticulture school and my internships in Austria, Germany and South Africa have shaped me. Today Hannes and I are a passionate, innovative team of winemakers.
Sustainability? Of course, at our winery we think in terms of generations! With a clear conscience I want to hand over our most important capital, the soil of our vines, to our children.

My love for wine led me to winemaking many years ago. Today, we are a team that vinifies memorable wines, wines that reflect our vision and our signature style. I grew up on a farm, had many exciting years in the film and television industry, and have always been a passionate griller and tech enthusiast. Now I'm back to my roots and enjoy working with nature as much as the creative process and technical implementation.

The best time of the year is the grape harvest. Here we nibble on the grapes, taste the must and love to splash around with the water hose.

Our lives revolve around wine. We couldn't imagine life without it. That's why we're especially happy that Simone and Hannes are continuing our life's work together. Just as we like to say, wineries don't appear overnight; they are shaped by generations into what they are today.

Tastings are very welcome from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment.
Wines can be picked up in our pick-up zone on Sundays and public holidays.
In September and October, tasting is only possible to a limited extent due to the harvest.
