Last Tuesday, we joyfully kicked off the 2025 harvest. Brilliant late summer weather accompanied us as we brought in the first grapes for our sparkling wine base – healthy, ripe, and of impressive quality. The first few days were a successful start to what is probably the most exciting and intense time of the year. Now the rain is giving us a brief respite before we continue next week – with the sun at our backs and full of energy. We can already feel it: this vintage has potential, and we're looking forward to the coming weeks!
