Three decades ago, on January 19, 1995, a film celebrated its premiere that captured the attitude to life of an entire generation in 97 unforgettable minutes and set Vienna a cinematic monument for eternity. We are talking about "Before Sunrise", one of Hannes' absolute favorite films, masterfully directed by indie icon Richard Linklater and brilliantly embodied by Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy. The fascinating dynamic between the main actors, complemented by the atmospheric backdrop of Vienna in the 90s, has lost none of its magic to this day and invites a nostalgic rediscovery. The trailer is here and all streaming options here. We recommend this movie in our Simone | Grüner Veltliner and wish you lots of fun with film & wine.
