The vineyards glow in warm hues – gold, red, and deep copper. Autumn is showing its most beautiful side, and a special post-harvest tranquility hangs over the vines. The cellar still bubbles gently, but we winemakers are now entering a phase of controlled inactivity. The young wines are allowed to rest, breathe, and develop, and we limit ourselves to tasting. For us, this is the time when we look back on the year with a glass of wine in hand – grateful for what nature has given – and when, after the intensive harvest, peace slowly returns.
