We wish you a happy St. Nicholas! For the children there was of course chocolate, peanuts and mandarins in the boot today and for the adults something really delicious, a champagne stollen. In this delicious stollen, the raisins are soaked in champagne, in our case in our Riesling BRUT Large Reserve. Of course, we toasted this with a glass of sparkling wine in the morning.
