Some may already have the small symbol on our labels for regenerative viticulture discovered…. For several years we have been working in both arable farming and viticulture according to the principles of regenerative agriculture. The top priority is the protection of our soil and the active promotion of soil life. The soil is the most important element in viticulture because it influences the quality and character of the wines. Just in the past few weeks we have sown new greenery in order to promote above- and below-ground life in our vineyards with a diverse mixture. We are already looking forward to the flourishing variety between the rows of vines.
