Sustainable vintage

According to Galileo Galilei is Wine: sunlight held together by water. This year, for the first time, we were able to use sunlight in other ways for our wines. After numerous delays, our photovoltaic system on the roofs of the winery has been in full operation since spring. This means that during this year's harvest we were already able to operate the press, pumps, room cooling, high-pressure cleaner and much more with our own electricity. We are very pleased that with this additional use of sunlight we can now produce our wine even more sustainably.
